According to the Federal Trade Commission, on September 1, 2010 we *must* act in accordance to structured governmental legalities, failure to comply may result in less offers and could result in the suspension or possible termination of our websites.

Many of us have held Blogger/Wordpress accounts for far too long to have these devoted accounts terminated or suspended for failing to follow the new Federal Trade Communication restrictions. I have taken the liberties to highlight the newly structured and straight forward points to this alteration, starting September 01, 2010. These new legalities take precedent to *all* websites/blogs, be them free from profits or profitable work websites/blogs; really hitting home for myself.

1. Endorsers *must* disclose the material connection, in each published product blog; be this an item purchased outright, a product giveaway, or a freely obtained product review. Material connection disclosure must be announced within each post. You must note the item was purchased and paid in full or a free product given for endorsement.

2. Quotation textually used in your reviewing *must* accurately reflect your opinions, finding, or experiences of the endorser. Simplistically, you cannot write a blog in which you claim a product is good; without the structured backing as to why you are saying such about the specific product/product company. You must be 100% honest in your findings, meaning a much more professional and longer blog will be written after September 01, 2010.

3. Advertisements must convey a true experience of what consumers can expect when they use the product/service.

4. Reviews and advertisements must *not* be altered in any way, deceptive, and/or fraudulent.
